Diamond Jones received a shocking surprise when she opened her Edible Arrangements order and found underwear — yes, underwear in her package. But that wasn’t all. Roomies, would you believe the undies were soiled, too?! Now, Jones is demanding some answers to how the dirty drawers ended up in her package and why. Was it just a nasty mistake or something more sinister?
Furthermore, she’s tapped The Shade Room’s Justin Carter to join her on her quest for answers on ‘TSR Investigates.’
Diamond Jones Speaks On Her SHOCKING Surprise In Edible Arrangements Order
According to Carter, Jones purchased an Edible Arrangements order from the Camp Creek location in Atlanta, Georgia. Per Jones, the first “red flag” was that the manager on duty wanted her to pay her a $10 Cash App in place of the standard delivery fee.
Ultimately, the same manager showed up at Jones’ doorstep – Edible Arrangements in hand. After munchin’ on a few fruits, Jones says she felt the box was a lil’ heavy. Then, she proceeded to stick her hand into the base of the box, unveiling someone’s dirty drawers.
“It was a large,” Jones said of the size of the underwear, noting that it was soiled with dark, red liquid.
When she called the store, a different manager reportedly answered the phone and was in disbelief over Jones’ claims. Then, when Jones heard back from the manager who assembled her order, she was told that the boxes are “preassembled.”
“I don’t know how that even would’ve happened,” the manager told Jones in a prerecorded video of their conversation.
What’s Really Going On?
According to Jones, the manager informed her that she was going to inform the company’s owner, and an investigation would be launched. Despite this, Jones says, that didn’t happen.
Instead, Carter says he notified the company’s public relations department about Jones’ claims. Scroll above to watch as Carter details the statement he received from the company in reaction. Additionally, Jones shared what she plans on doing with the dirty drawers, just in case she wants to take the ordeal a step further.
