FOX News panelist Brian Kilmeade is under fire after social media claims he referred to Zeta Phi Beta as a “colored” sorority.
The Independent UK reports the ‘Fox & Friends’ panelist denied using the word, claiming he used the term “college” instead.

Fox News Panelist Allegedly Refers To Zeta Phi Beta As A “Colored Sorority”
The broadcast on July 24 entailed Brian criticizing the VP for speaking at the sorority’s Grand Boulé and missing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress.
The Republican said, “The problem with Kamala Harris, number one, she has not had her record exploited heavily…and number two is she hasn’t sat down for an interview.” Brian continued, “…the most recent decision, you already gotta question. She will not show up for the prime minister’s joint session of Congress today.”
Additonally, Kilmeade said the presumptive Democratic nominee “would rather address, in the summer, a sorority — a [colored] sorority — like she can’t get out of that. So that’s her decision, and that’s her decision to back up the protesters.”
The clip quickly went viral after a reporter for Politico, Eugene Daniels, first posted about his use of the historically racist term on X, formerly known as Twitter.
In a separate conversation, Daniels revealed that the network told him Brian didn’t use the offensive word. On X, Daniels stated that the audio sounds a bit distorted, as Kilmeade allegedly uses the term, but he accepts what the network claims.
I spoke to Fox News about this and plan on speaking to Brian when he is off air. They’ve made clear to me that he used college, not colored.
The audio is garbled but I am going to take Brian and his team at their word. pic.twitter.com/PNNV15xbfe

Social Media Reacts To The Panelist’s Alleged Language
Roommates under The Shade Room’s Instagram report reacted to Brian’s alleged use of the c-word.
@rocktopics said, “Us “colored girls” going [to] show up and show out when it’s time to vote!!!!”
“So am I the only one who heard COLLEGE? Are my ears deceiving me?” @french4veronica said.
“Kamala being a black [woman] I’ve never seen the Republican Party this shaken up. Kamala presence shake the boys up. Love this for her,” @910kbj quipped.
“I’m glad she kept her commitment to the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta,” @firstlady_1981 stated.
Take a listen. Do you hear “colored” or “college?”
