The highly anticipated new season of Bravo’s Married to Medicine is on the way and the trailer teases an OG’s return, an ex-husband’s appearance, and an ex-husband battling with a boyfriend.
#M2M is returning for season 11 on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, and the trailer is showcasing friendship challenges, personal growth, and unexpected twists.
In it, we see the group enjoying excursions, lavish parties, and liquor before we get individual updates on all of the ladies; Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford. Quad Webb, Phaedra Parks, Esq. and Toya Bush Harris.
They’re also joined by Dr. Mimi Sanders, an accomplished psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health.
In an introductory portion of the trailer, Dr. Contessa is back and “pulling from the puss” for a photoshoot before telling Phaedra about her rocky relationship with Heavenly.
There’s “been times I wanted to choke the s— out of Heavenly.”” admits the doctor.
We also see Phaedra’s ex-husband Apollo Nida telling her that Toya Bush-Harris asked him about his marital affairs.
“How nosy,” says the southern belle.
Speaking of Apollo, he’ll make another appearance with his wife Sherien Almufti on the group’s vacation which apparently rubs Phaedra the wrong way. As previously reported
The Neighborhood Talk alleged that Phaedra abruptly left the show following conflicts involving her, Apollo, and Sherien during the series’ annual cast trip.
A source alleged that a #M2M cast member deliberately invited Apollo and his wife to “confront” Parks during the trip causing Phaedra’s immediate resignation from the show; and subsequent return to #RHOA.
After being seen being carried piggyback by a potential boo, Phaedra’s seen packing a bag.
“Some people can be played with but I’m not one of them,” says Phaedra.
The group later attends a party for Quad planned by her boyfriend.
The big reveal shocks Contessa and Dr. Simone…
and Quad looks blissfully happy with her honey.
“My man, my man, my man!” says Quad in a confessional.
That bliss later turns to panic however when Quad’s boo has a face-off with her ex-husband, Dr. G.
“Who you think you talking to, bruh?” asks Dr. G.
“I’m talking to you, motherf***er!” replies Quad’s man.
Quad’s then seen holding her man back while Dr. G’as pushed away.
That’s not the only potential fisticuffs to happen, however, things go left when Heavenly tells Contessa that she thinks her husband Scott is abusive.
“Square up, hoe!” says a pissed-off Contessa as Phaedra Parks tries to restrain her.

Meet The Ladies Of Married To Medicine Season 11
Dr. Contessa’s officially back in the group and ready to start over with the ladies; that is until Heavenly apparently complicates things.
Dr. Contessa and Dr. Scott Metcalfe are back and better than ever. Dr. Contessa is ready for a clean slate with the ladies. While building her friendly connections in the group, she remains on guard when it comes to Dr. Heavenly and her zingers. When a major argument takes center stage, will she be able to let bygones be bygones and start anew?
Miss Quad’s still got it, still got it, and this time IT includes a man.
Miss Quad is full of surprises while extending birthday party invitations and olive branches to the ladies after a rollercoaster friendship journey. Quad is finally ready to reveal her “King” to the women and potential plans for motherhood. With so much on her plate, Quad is hoping to collect a few outstanding apologies as she renews her bond with the group.
Self-proclaimed Married To Medicine “reviver” Phaedra Parks is back this season and she’ll be seen co-parenting with Apollo Nida.
Phaedra Parks, Esq., is busier than ever watching her sons Ayden and Dylan grow up before her eyes as she co-parents with Apollo. Phaedra is also working to calm the chaos among the ladies, but when she hosts a glamping girls trip the good vibes go out the window and her efforts to help Dr. Jackie plan the Med Gala take a dramatic turn. With so many tensions running high, will she be able to help bridge their gap?
Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford is enjoying married life and apparently bonding with Contessa. The two share a common enemy; Heavenly.
Lateasha and Dr. G are in marital bliss as they work to expand their family. Tea starts a new dating business venture for age gap relationships and sparks a burgeoning friendship with Dr. Contessa. However, there is a social disturbance on the horizon caused by Dr. Heavenly and with no apology in sight, will Sweet Tea be able to keep her cool?
Dr. Heavenly Kimes is seeking redemption after angering several of the ladies in the group; Sweet Tea and Contessa might not be willing to forgive.
Dr. Heavenly is owning up to her mistakes and asking her friends for forgiveness. While she is working on being her best self, her son Zachary is following in her dentistry footsteps as a new intern and bestie daughter Alaura is home from college. Dr. Damon is trying to keep the peace over troubled waters with Dr. G and Lateasha (Sweet Tea). However, Dr. Heavenly’s social media disruption with Lateasha and broken friendship with Dr. Contessa don’t make it easy when she takes matters into her own hands.
Dr. Jackie Walters continues to be the peacemaker this season, but her patience is being tested as she wonders where some people’s loyalty lies.
Dr. Jackie is taking care of her celebrity clients and championing women’s health all the way to the White House. With her friendships in a good place, she’s trying to keep the peace between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Contessa when a major riff causes mayhem. Her annual Med Gala is left with some broken promises, putting her loyalty and patience to the test.
Dr. Simone Whitmore is healing old wounds and trying to see if she can mend things with Quad. She’ll also be seen planning a trip that goes left.
Dr. Simone’s friendships are mostly back on track. However, her bond with Quad is a lingering question mark. Although things need work in the sisterhood department, Dr. Simone is ready to move forward. Miles and Michael are residing in the condo and Dr. Simone and Cecil are checking in to make sure their investment is in top shape. With so much happening, Simone and Cecil try to bring the group together for a relaxing trip to Key West, Fla., that turns into an epic disaster in more ways than one. Will they be able to bring the ladies together without rocking the boat?
Toya Bush-Harris is the accountability coach of the group this season and is actively working to pull everyone together.
Toya and Dr. Eugene will soon be parents to teenagers and between conversations about puberty and Dr. Eugene building his own wellness practice, Toya is giving her extra input in all areas warranted or not. When it comes to the ladies, Toya is taking the lead from hosting a Beyoncé-inspired photoshoot during their ranch trip to a “Bridgerton”-themed event. She’s making certain the women are having fun while also addressing their issues, including her own. Do some feel she’s overstepping her boundaries?
Newbie Dr. Mimi is getting acclimated to the group, and she’s apparently a straight shooter, much to some dismay.
Friend Dr. Mimi is a psychiatrist working to grow her mental health practice nationally alongside her husband and pro football wide receiver Steve Sanders. As Dr. Mimi navigates her bustling practice and this new friend group, will her direct mannerisms rub the ladies the wrong way?
