Patrick Clark, the man accused of gunning down Migos rapper Takeoff in Houston late last year, has reportedly been indicted.
KHOU reports the decision came on Thursday morning, per the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
While a grand jury has now formally charged Clark with the crime, he has not been found guilty. Additionally, it’s unclear when the long-awaited murder trial will kick off.
The Suspect Posted Bond In January
Takeoff (legal name Kirsnick Khari Ball) was killed on November 1 following a private event at Houston’s 810 Billiards and Bowling establishment.
Specifically, the shooting erupted after an argument began over an alleged dice game. Quavo, Takeoff’s uncle and fellow Migos groupmate, was notably at the scene of the incident.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Patrick was arrested for the shooting back in early December.
Another man named Cameron Joshua was also arrested, and KHOU reports that he’s facing weapons charges.
