Jury deliberations in the ongoing federal criminal trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs officially began on Monday, June 30. Now, the official charge sheet jurors will use to determine the 55-year-old’s fate and verdict has been released to the public.
Before Taking A Look At The Charge Sheet, Here’s A Recap Of Diddy’s 2024 Arrest
As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security agents while in New York City in September 2024. Ultimately, it was reported that his arrest was made in connection with an ongoing sex trafficking investigation, per The Shade Room.
As We Await The Verdict, Here’s A Recap Of The Federal Indictments Filed Against Diddy
Then, on September 17, 2024, the initial three federal charges filed against Diddy were revealed to the world, per The Shade Room. Furthermore, federal agents accused Diddy of “racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” They alleged he used abuse, threats, and coercion to force those around him to fulfill his “sexual desires.” Additionally, they accused him of using those behaviors to also protect his reputation and conceal his conduct. To note, the indictment alleged this behavior went on from 2009 to 2024.
But Diddy wasn’t the only focus of the indictment. It was alleged that he also used his business enterprise to:
“engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
Since then, three superseding indictments have been filed against Diddy. The first expanded his list of victims from Casandra “Cassie” Ventura to “Jane Doe” and a Victim-3. The second expanded on the allegations of forced labor. And the third added another sex trafficking charge and a transportation to engage in prostitution charge.
Presently, Diddy is facing two charges of sex trafficking. Additionally, he is facing two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution. Lastly, he is facing one charge of racketeering. To note, he pleaded not guilty to these charges.

Furthermore, for the past seven weeks, prosecutors and his defense team have each argued their case. Thirty-four witnesses took the stand to further accuse Diddy of the charges against him. Meanwhile, the defense presented a short rebuttal.
