A Woman’s Body Was Discovered In An Arby’s Freezer In 2023
Unfortunately, the unidentified North Carolina man is not the only individual to be found in the freezer of an establishment. As The Shade Room previously reported, in May 2023, Arby employees in Louisiana discovered the body of their deceased coworker, Nguyet Le.
“A situation like this is unusual, so we’re taking extra precautions during the investigation… [We] pretty much have completed our process at the crime scene. After completely processing the crime scene — this does not seem like a homicide, it seems like an accident,” authorities revealed at the time.
Later that month, authorities revealed that Le became trapped in the freezer due to a faulty lock. The mother, who reportedly worked at the location with her son, “panicked once locked inside and beat her hands bloody trying to escape.”
Furthermore, her autopsy reportedly determined that she passed away from hypothermia.
