TikToker Drea Nicole allegedly sustained injuries to her eye, lip, and forehead months before she took to the platform to allege a Lyft driver attempted to kidnap her during a ride.

Since then, social media users have been calling cap on Nicole’s viral claims as the content creator encourages the public to donate to her GoFundMe campaign.

Now, The Shade Room’s Justin Carter is delving into what really happened to the TikToker on ‘TSR Investigates.’

Drea Nicole Shares How She Was Allegedly Almost Kidnapped

On August 11, Nicole took to TikTok to share a six-minute video. In the clip, she accused her Lyft driver of attempting to “human traffick” and kidnap her during a ride in June. To date, the video has garnered over 5 million views.

“I’m just going to cut to the chase — yesterday, I almost died [while] jumping out of moving Lyft,” Nicole told viewers in the TikTok.

According to Carter, Nicole requested a 30-minute Lyft ride. She reportedly requested to be picked up from her home in New Haven, Connecticut. Furthermore, she wanted to be dropped off at her place of work in Clinton, Connecticut.

Niccole’s assigned driver was a woman. However, the TikToker reportedly noted “red flags” after the driver allegedly began speaking to a man on the phone in a different language.

The TikToker alleged that the driver detailed her clothing to the man. Additionally, the woman allegedly ended Nicole’s ride on the app before she even reached her destination.

“She ended the ride and went back on the highway so fast, I was in a state of shock,” Nicole exclusively Carter. “Then she told me to ‘shut up.’ At that moment, I knew something wasn’t right, and I dropped out that car so fast, she didn’t have to tell me nothing else.”

The Public Weighs In On Her Claims

Nicole allegedly ran to the Clinton Outlets, where police took a report of the incident. Furthermore, she was reportedly rushed to a hospital.

Some social media users are, however, unpersuaded by Nicole’s allegations. About two minutes into her TikTok video, the clips cut to a video of Nicole, allegedly recorded “two months” after the incident.

“I didn’t finish the video because I didn’t have the mental capacity to finish the video at that time being that everything was fresh,” Nicole explained. “So I finished the video two months later…”
